Hello, I!! I'm misterian1303, I'm 21 years old, I'm currently attending university. I draw in my spare time. I aspire to become a full time digital artist, and my dream is to be able to continue doing what I love as my main source of income, have financial freedom and help and reciprocate the sacrifices of my parents and give them a life where they don't have to worry or stress over financial problems. (God willing and claiming it soon!) All commission proceeds will go towards upgrading equipment, family and personal expenses, and savings!

COMMISSIONS
Please provide a clear description/references of the characters you want to draw, as well as references for poses, expressions, clothing, etc.,
3 maximum revisions in the sketch phase.
For commissions with an additional character within the same frame - It will be + 70% of the base price.

The work can take from two week to a month
All commissioned artwork is considered for PERSONAL USE only, (unless paid for by a commercial fee). This could be used and posted on your social media accounts, for broadcast purposes, printed, etc., as long as it is not used for monetary gain.
For COMMERCIAL USE such as printing for posters, stickers, or any product that will use my art for profit. You must pay a commercial fee of 100% to 300% of the total artworks ordered.

GENERAL TERMS
All rights to the artwork are reserved by me, the artist.
I have the right to upload the artwork to any of my social media accounts, unless otherwise instructed
I have the right to reject any commission that does not find a comfortable drawing.
I will not: ( NSFW, Mecha, Gore, Furry, Realism )
You, the commissioner, must provide at least one other alternate form of contact. (Email, instagram, twitter, etc.)
You are NOT allowed to EDIT, LAYOUT, COPY, or PUBLISH UNLIKELY versions of the final piece.
I DO NOT consent to any of my artwork or designs being used for any form of AI training or being used in NFTs.
You are NOT allowed to claim my art as your own.
Art commissions of any kind are strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY, unless you have paid for the COMMERCIAL FEE.
Please accept me if you display any of your commissioned artwork in any public place.

turnaround time
As I am a college student the turnaround time for commissioned artwork will take at least 1 - 2 months to complete. Please understand that there may be possible delays due to school compliance, things like: tests, activities, homework, projects and presentations, as well as any unforeseen circumstances. But rest assured, you will be notified in advance if the situation ever arises.
You can request any changes or revisions during this time. (maximum of 3 revisions only).
Once the sketch is approved and payment has been made, you may not be able to send any updates until completion, but feel free to ask me for your commission status!
Finished artwork will be sent via Email or Google Drive Folder Link, which includes; Final illustration with and without watermark, transparent PNG,

Art commissions will be paid in USD through Paypal.
Payment must be made (100%) before the sketch. An invoice or link will then be sent to the commissioner for payment.
STRICTLY NO REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS once sketch is approved and payment has been made. Please make sure you want to commission me.
Please note that refunds/cancellations may ONLY be possible IF you were unable to finish your commission.
